Embrace the Quiet, Welcome the Light
As we honor the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year—join us for a special Yin Yoga and Sound Bath workshop designed to help you embrace the stillness of winter and prepare for the return of the light. This nurturing practice will allow you to release, reflect, and restore as we transition into a season of renewal and growth.
We will begin with a grounding Yin Yoga practice, holding gentle, restorative poses for extended periods to deeply stretch connective tissues and release tension. The slow, meditative nature of Yin Yoga encourages stillness and introspection, perfectly aligning with the energy of the Winter Solstice.
During the yoga practice, you will be bathed in the soothing sounds of quartz crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments. The healing vibrations of the sound bath will invite you into a state of deep relaxation, helping you release any lingering stress and set intentions for the coming season.
Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow, and any sacred objects you’d like to infuse with the solstice energy. Dress in warm, comfortable layers to keep cozy throughout the practice.
